My order arrived late

We are very sorry if your delivery arrived late. There are a number of reasons this may happen. Please contact us below if you would like to report a problem, and we should be able to help you.

Cancel, change / modify or delay an order

If you have made an order within the last 30 minutes and you wish to amend an order, please phone the store directly. You can find the contact details on the store's page on our website.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our typical delivery time for customers within a 3 mile radius is 30-45 minutes. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this.

How do I get a refund?

If you have placed an order on our website, we can process your refund. Please use the contact us form and provide us with your order number and brief details for the reason why the refund is due.

My pizza was cold on arrival

We are very sorry if this happened. Please contact us below to report a problem with your order.

Where is my Pizza?

If you have recently ordered it should be on it's way. We aim to deliver within 30 to 45 minutes. If it has taken longer - we are very sorry. Please contact the store or send us a message if you would like to complain.

Are your toppings Halal?

Some of our stores offer Halal ingredients. Please check your local store's policy on Halal by viewing their store page on our website, or contacting them directly.

Where do you deliver?

You must live within a few miles of a store to be eligible for a delivery. You may check our store finder feature to see where your nearest stores are.

Where can I find voucher codes?

We regularly run promotions via print media (posters, menus, leaflets), our website or on social networks. Like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter for the latest deals and discounts. Our vouchers include discount, free items and money off.

Does Pizza GoGo accept a cheque as payment

Unfortunately, no. We do not accept payment by cheque.

Do any menu items contain nuts?

Although every care is taken, some products may contain traces of nuts. The Coleslaw sold by Pizza GoGo stores may contain nut derivatives.

Which pizzas are suitable for vegetarians?

Any vegetarian menu options are clearly marked with a green vegetarian icon. Please consult our menu on the website or from your local store. Our Vegetarian and Vegetarian Hot pizzas are specifically designed to be suitable for vegetarians.

Which pizzas are suitable for vegans?

Sorry, we currently do not include any strict vegan friendly pizzas due to our ingredients. Our Vegetarian and Vegetarian Hot pizzas are however specifically designed to be suitable for vegetarians.
